Reduce Your Insurance Excess
Want peace of mind on your car rental travels?
We offer you an insurance buy-down to give you peace of mind motoring when you rent a car from Pegasus Rental Cars Taupo. This is available on all car hire 3 days or longer and for hirers aged 21 plus. Pay an extra $18 per day and your insurance excess on your rental car will reduce to just $250+gst for your multi vehicle excess.
We also have what is called a single vehicle excess of up to $2,000+gst. This is non-waiverable but if you are a safe driver you shouldn't have to worry. The single vehicle excess is chargeable if you have an accident with only your car involved, and usually occurs when you are driving out of the road conditions.
